Aftermarket Glock Parts for Ghost Gun Builds

Every ghost Glock starts with the right parts. Whether you’re building from an 80% frame or replacing worn components on an existing Glock-pattern pistol, the quality of your internals determines how the finished gun runs. We carry aftermarket Glock parts designed to drop into standard Glock-pattern platforms without fitting or modification.

Our current lineup includes lower parts kits and slide parts kits for the most popular models. All ghost Glock parts we sell are Gen 3 compatible, which covers the widest range of frames, slides, and holsters on the market. Gen 3 parts also work in most aftermarket frames, including the G80 and other Glock-pattern 80% builds.

We’re actively expanding our Glock parts catalog. More components, more model coverage, and more options are on the way. Check back regularly or sign up for notifications to be the first to know when new parts drop.

Lower Parts Kits

A Glock lower parts kit (sometimes called an LPK or frame parts kit) includes everything that goes inside the grip: the trigger assembly, trigger bar, connector, slide lock spring, locking block pin, trigger pin, and all the small springs and detents that make the fire control group function. If you’re starting a ghost Glock build from a bare frame, the lower parts kit is where you begin.

We currently carry lower parts kits for the Glock 17 and Glock 19. The G17 lower parts kit fits full-size frames, while the G19 kit is sized for compact builds. Both are complete drop-in assemblies with every pin, spring, and internal component included. No supplementing with parts from other vendors.

For builders working with a ghost gun Glock 19 or Glock 17 platform, these kits pair directly with our slide parts kits and any compatible aftermarket slide and barrel. If you need the frame itself, check our 80 Percent Firearms category for G80 frames and other options.

Slide Parts Kits

The slide parts kit (also called an upper parts kit) covers everything inside the slide that isn’t the barrel or recoil spring assembly. That includes the firing pin, firing pin spring, extractor, extractor depressor plunger, spring-loaded bearing, slide cover plate, and related small parts.

We carry slide parts kits for the Glock 17 and Glock 43. The G17 slide parts kit fits standard full-size slides, and the G43 kit is designed for subcompact single-stack builds. If you already have a slide and barrel, the slide parts kit is the final piece to get your upper assembly complete.

A common question from builders is whether they need a full build kit or just parts. If you already have a slide and barrel from a previous project or a parted-out pistol, individual parts kits let you fill in the gaps without paying for components you already own. If you’re starting from zero and want everything in one box, our Build Kits page has complete packages that bundle the upper and lower components together.

Ghost Glock Model Compatibility

Glock-pattern pistols come in a range of sizes and calibers, and not every part crosses over between models. Here’s a quick breakdown of what fits what and where our current parts catalog lines up.

The Glock 17 is the full-size 9mm platform. It’s the most common starting point for ghost Glock builds because of its wide parts availability and straightforward assembly. Our G17 lower parts kit and G17 slide parts kit both target this platform.

The Glock 19 is the compact 9mm and the most popular Glock model overall. The G19 shares many internal components with the G17, but the frame and slide are shorter. If you’re building a ghost gun Glock 19, you’ll want the G19-specific lower parts kit paired with a compact slide and barrel.

The Glock 43 is a subcompact single-stack 9mm. It uses a completely different parts set from the double-stack G17/G19 family. Our G43 slide parts kit is designed specifically for this platform.

We don’t currently carry parts for the Glock 19X, Glock 23, Glock 27, or Glock 40, but expanded model coverage is in the works. Gen 5 models use a different internal configuration than Gen 3, so always confirm generation compatibility before ordering parts.

Gen 3 vs. Gen 5 Glock Parts

All of the aftermarket Glock parts we sell are Gen 3 compatible. Gen 3 is the standard that the vast majority of aftermarket frames, slides, and holsters are built around. If you’re working with a G80 frame, a Polymer 80 frame, or any other Glock-pattern 80% build, Gen 3 parts are what you need.

Gen 5 Glock models introduced changes to the trigger mechanism, the locking block, the recoil spring assembly, and several other internals. Gen 5 parts are generally not drop-in compatible with Gen 3 frames, and vice versa. If you’re building on a Gen 5 slide, double-check that your parts kit matches. Our current kits are Gen 3 spec.

Frequently Asked Questions About Ghost Glock Parts

What is a ghost Glock?+
A ghost Glock is a Glock-pattern pistol that was privately built rather than purchased from a factory. It’s assembled from an unfinished 80% frame and aftermarket Glock parts, including a slide, barrel, trigger assembly, and all internal components. The term “ghost” comes from the fact that privately made firearms don’t carry a manufacturer’s serial number. Ghost Glocks function identically to factory Glocks but are assembled by the owner from individual components.
What ghost Glock parts do you sell?+
We currently carry lower parts kits (frame internals including trigger, connector, pins, and springs) and slide parts kits (upper internals including firing pin, extractor, and related components). Available models include the Glock 17, Glock 19, and Glock 43. We are expanding our parts selection with more models and component types in the near future.
Are these official Glock parts?+
No. All parts on this page are aftermarket components made by third-party manufacturers. They are designed to be compatible with Glock-pattern pistols but are not manufactured by or affiliated with GLOCK, Inc. Aftermarket Glock parts are widely used in ghost Glock builds and as replacement components in existing pistols.
What generation do your Glock parts fit?+
All of our aftermarket Glock parts are Gen 3 compatible. Gen 3 is the standard used by the overwhelming majority of aftermarket frames, including the G80 and other Glock-pattern 80% platforms. Gen 5 models use different internal geometry and are generally not cross-compatible with Gen 3 parts. If you’re building on a Gen 5 slide or frame, verify part compatibility before ordering.
Do I need a lower parts kit and a slide parts kit?+
If you’re building a ghost Glock from scratch, yes. The lower parts kit covers the fire control group and frame internals, while the slide parts kit handles the firing pin, extractor, and other components inside the slide. Together with a frame, slide, barrel, and recoil spring, they make up a complete pistol. If you’d rather get everything bundled together, check our Build Kits page for complete packages.
Will these parts work in a Glock 19 Gen 5 build?+
Our parts are Gen 3 spec and are not designed for Gen 5 builds. Gen 5 Glocks changed the trigger mechanism, the locking block, and several other internals. Some components may physically fit, but we can’t guarantee function or reliability in a Gen 5 configuration. For a Gen 5 ghost Glock 19 build, you would need Gen 5-specific parts, which we do not currently carry.
How much does a ghost Glock cost to build?+
Total build cost depends on the components you choose. A lower parts kit and slide parts kit from our store run under $100 combined. You’ll also need a frame (see our 80 Percent page), a slide, a barrel, and a recoil spring assembly. A full ghost Glock build from individual parts typically costs less than buying a comparable factory Glock, especially if you shop components individually rather than buying a pre-bundled kit at a premium.
Do you carry parts for the Glock 19X, Glock 23, or Glock 27?+
Not yet. Our current parts lineup covers the Glock 17, Glock 19, and Glock 43. We are actively working on expanding into more models, including .40 S&W and subcompact platforms. Check back or sign up for notifications to stay updated on new product releases.
