Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Email [email protected] for approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Ship the item in original packaging with proof of purchase to: 13740 N Highway 183, Ste J-2, Austin, TX 78750-1832. You are responsible for return shipping costs - we recommend using a trackable method.
After we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days to process. You'll receive an email notification when your return has been processed.
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Note that tracking info may take up to 1 business day to appear on the carrier's website. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
