Harlet Pack 3D Files USB Overview

The Harlet Pack 3D Files USB contains STL and STEP files for the three most popular designs in the Harlet family: the Harlot, the Longshot, and the Brawler. All three are single-shot, break-action .22LR derringers built on the same proven platform. Each design offers a different take on the compact pistol concept, from the original pocket-sized Harlot to the extended-barrel Longshot to the distinctive knuckle duster Brawler.

These are beginner-friendly builds. If you can operate a 3D printer and turn a screwdriver, you can complete any of these pistols. The files are organized and ready to slice. Plug in the USB and start printing.

What’s on the USB

Harlot 3D Printed Pistol

Harlot [1.0]
The original. A compact single-shot .22LR derringer designed from the ground up for accessibility. The Harlot is one of the most user-friendly 3D printed firearms available. Simple break-action design, minimal parts, and straightforward assembly. Uses a 1″ rifled barrel liner. This is where most builders start with the Harlet platform.

Longshot 3D Printed Pistol

Longshot
The extended-barrel variant. Same proven Harlot fire control group stretched to a 3″ barrel for improved accuracy and velocity. Eight barrel configurations included: iron sights, Picatinny rail options, and optic cuts for RMR, Glock MOS, C-More, Docter, and Shield red dots. If you want precision from the Harlet platform, this is the design to print.

Brawler 3D Printed Pistol

Brawler
The statement piece. The Brawler wraps the Harlot platform in a knuckle duster grip that’s equal parts functional firearm and conversation starter. Uses a 2″ barrel with the same fire control group as other Harlet variants. Also includes the BrassTax files if you want to machine a metal-framed version.

Why the Harlet Pack

Three Designs, One Platform
All three pistols share the same fire control group, breech design, and general assembly process. Learn one, and you understand them all. The skills transfer directly between builds, making this pack ideal for builders who want variety without starting from scratch each time.

Beginner-Friendly Builds
The Harlet family was designed for accessibility. No press-fitting, no complex machining, no specialized tools beyond what comes in the hardware kits we sell. These are ideal first projects for builders new to 3D printed firearms.

Offline Access
Once you have the USB, you have the files permanently. No reliance on websites staying online or download links staying active. Your files, your drive, always available when you need them.

Organized and Ready
Files are sorted by design and clearly labeled. No hunting through folders or figuring out which version is current. Plug in and start slicing.

What You Still Need

Hardware Kits
Each design requires a hardware kit containing the barrel liner, springs, and fasteners. We sell kits for all three designs: Harlot Build Kit, Longshot Build Kit, and Brawler Build Kit. The USB contains files only.

3D Printer and Filament
Any standard FDM printer with a typical build volume will work. PLA+ is the recommended material. The Harlet designs were created to print on entry-level machines without specialized modifications.

Basic Tools
Hex drivers, wire cutters, epoxy, and a soldering iron for heat-set inserts on optic-cut barrel options. Nothing exotic.

Harlet Pack USB FAQ

What file formats are included?
The USB contains STL and STEP files ready for slicing. STL files work with any slicer. STEP files are included if you want to modify the designs.
Are hardware kits included?
No. This USB contains print files only. Hardware kits (barrel liners, springs, fasteners) are sold separately. We offer kits for all three designs in the pack.
What printer do I need?
Any standard FDM printer with a typical build volume will work. The Harlet designs were created for entry-level machines. No specialized modifications required.
What filament should I use?
PLA+ is the tested and recommended material for all three designs. Nylon and polycarbonate have also been used successfully by experienced builders.
Which design should I build first?
Start with the Harlot. It’s the simplest of the three and will teach you the platform. Once you’ve completed one Harlot, the Longshot and Brawler are easy to understand since they share the same fire control group.
Is building these designs legal?
Under federal law, individuals may manufacture firearms for personal use without a license. State and local laws vary significantly. Some jurisdictions prohibit home-built firearms entirely. Verify your local laws before printing.
What about the metal weight requirement?
Federal law requires handguns to contain a minimum of 3.7oz of metal. UFA-compliant grip spacers are included in the file packages for installing the required weight. Metal is not included in this USB or the hardware kits.
